Enter your email address and click the “Proceed” button.

On the next page, select your programme and course of choice, then click “Proceed” to continue to the invoice generation page.

On the invoice generation page, input your name and phone number, then click the “Generate” button. Your invoice will be generated and displayed.

On the displayed invoice, you will see your RRR for payment on the left-hand side. If you wish to pay online using a card or bank transfer, click the link that says “Click here to pay online using your ATM card or Bank transfer.” This will redirect you to the Remita online payment platform to complete your payment.

After payment, return back here (https://eportal.fuahse.edu.ng/pages/application/pg/pglanding), enter your email address again, and click the “Proceed” button.

A message confirming that your payment has been received will appear. Click the “Apply” button to access the application form.

|
On the application form page, upload your passport photograph and fill in the required details. Once completed, click the “Submit” button.

You will be redirected to a page showing a message confirming the successful submission of your application. Click the “View Application” button to display a copy of your application form.
